Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and identity-related concerns. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to build coping skills, improve self-esteem, and navigate life’s challenges with more confidence. I received my degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury and have worked in a variety of clinical settings.

My approach to therapy

I utilize CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and play therapy to assist clients in understanding their emotions, coping with life’s challenges, and working toward positive mindsets. I use a multicultural and identity-focused lens to help clients recognize how culture, relationships, and personal experiences impact emotional health.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a comfortable and casual first session. I will be obtaining intake information as well as inquiring about you, your needs, and your goals for working together.
