Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I genuinely care about the people I work with and aim to create a space that feels both safe and real. I balance empathy with honesty, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge patterns that may be keeping someone stuck. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational—I believe the connection we build is one of the most important parts of the process. I balance empathy with gentle accountability, helping clients feel supported while also challenging patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I tailor each session to the individual, drawing from evidence-based practices and focusing on helping clients create sustainable, real-life changes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about connection. You can expect a calm, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. I’ll ask some questions to understand your story, but there’s no pressure to go into everything right away. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy so we can begin building a plan that feels right for you.
