Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families. Over the years, I have supported people through complex transitions, trauma, grief, suicidal ideation, and mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach, but a variety of interventions that meet an individual's needs. Therapy should be supportive and practical. My style is empathic and direct.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will allow you the space to talk about your story, areas you feel like are going well and areas you are wanting to make change in. We will explore the goals of your therapeutic process and work together to help you feel better and move forward.
