Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, family conflict, and the emotional pressure that can come with trying to hold everything together. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward in relationships, school, work, or daily life. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood without judgment and supported in building healthier patterns, stronger self-awareness, and more confidence in who you are and what you need.Together, we will focus on practical changes that feel realistic and lasting daily for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to what feels most helpful for you. I often incorporate CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational techniques to help clients better manage anxiety, regulate emotions, strengthen self-esteem, and feel more grounded during difficult moments or major life transitions while feeling encouraged!

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. Whether you are looking for support through anxiety, navigating ADHD, working through depression, or improving family and relationship dynamics, I would be honored to help you feel more connected, capable, and hopeful about what comes next. You are never alone.
