I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational Studies from Webster University and received a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and a Master of Science degree in Developmental Psychology at Walden University. I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families at various capacities as a classroom teacher, case manager, mentor, intervention specialist, and therapist.
I'm dedicated to helping my clients facilitate cognitive and behavioral changes that will ultimately improve daily functioning, increase self-image/self-esteem, promote positive decision-making skills, enhancing coping skills, improve relationships, and enhance their overall quality of life.
I believe that connecting with clients is one of the most important aspects of forming a trusting relationship and the most important priority in building a strong therapeutic alliance to give my clients the attention they deserve and to feel accepted and respected, in order to produce positive client outcomes.
