With over 10 years of experience working with substance use and mental health disorders in both adolescents and adults, and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health as well as a Masters in Addiction Counseling, I’m thrilled to be able to provide the compassion and the confidence boost needed to make some big (and maybe some not so big) changes in your life. I've worked in various treatment settings from residential, to PHP and IOP, so I'm ready for whatever comes my way!
As a team, we will work together to get to a place where you’re ready, and excited, to do the hard work to reach your goals. And your goals can be anything! Nothing is off limits. From learning to love yourself again, to setting some necessary boundaries, or even getting sober. I aim to provide a warm, comfortable environment where you feel free to be you in your truest form.
Working to become the best version of yourself can seem daunting and even sometimes a little bit scary, but through our work together you will have my unwavering support and encouragement. I will be your biggest cheerleader, but will also challenge you to take a deep look at what is happening beneath the surface.
