Great to meet you!

I have known since I was quite young that my purpose in life is to assist others. I embrace the belief that every individual is deserving of love, kindness, and compassion and I feel incredibly grateful to be part of my client’s healing journey to happiness. I also deeply believe that in order for my clients to progress quickly, they require a safe, compassionate space to express themselves freely and authentically without fear of judgment or criticism. My goals are always to make sure that each and every client feels heard, seen, and honored.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic areas of specialty are those who experience depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma (including eating disorders and spiritual abuse). I treat adults, adolescents, and children (through play therapy) as well as those in the LGBTQ+ community. I also enjoy integrating elements of the expressive arts into sessions where appropriate.

What you can expect from me

I would be honored to be part of your journey to happiness and healing. While taking this next step might be difficult, rest assured that I will be right by your side to guide you the rest of the way.
