Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions that can feel overwhelming and isolating. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in cycles of overthinking, struggling with low self-esteem, or unsure how to manage intense emotions. You may be experiencing persistent worry, panic attacks, mood swings, irritability, grief, difficulty sleeping, or conflict in your relationships at home or work.

I provide a supportive, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore what’s contributing to your stress and emotional pain. My goal is to help you better understand your patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical coping strategies that allow you to feel more confident, balanced, and in control of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and person-centered care. We will explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — particularly in patterns related to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and relationship stress.

Together, we’ll identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop coping tools to manage overwhelming emotions, reduce stress, and improve communication. I believe therapy should feel empowering as well as supportive. You can expect a balance of validation and gentle challenge as we work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building trust and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss the symptoms or concerns you are experiencing — whether that includes anxiety, low mood, trauma-related stress, relationship difficulties, or major life changes.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals and begin outlining a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs. My intention is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the direction of our work together.
