Great to meet you!

I work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions—including grief, trauma, and chronic health challenges. I also support clients dealing with ADHD, OCD, sleep concerns, and panic symptoms. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I offer care in both English and Spanish and value building a strong, trusting relationship with each person I work with.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your needs. I combine medication management with therapy, drawing from evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and psychodynamic work. I focus not just on symptom relief, but on helping you understand patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s been bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of care. You can expect a thoughtful, conversational approach—not an interrogation. We’ll begin to clarify your goals and, if appropriate, discuss treatment options including therapy and/or medication. Most importantly, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of next steps and what working together will look like.
