Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervision designation and an AD/HD Certified Clinical Services Provider, offering services to adults navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, and cultural or identity-related challenges. My professional background is grounded in both clinical practice and behavioral health systems, which allows me to support clients with a balance of real-world understanding and clinical skill.

In addition to my training, I bring lived experience with ADHD and anxiety. That perspective shapes how I connect with clients who may feel overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or stretched thin trying to meet expectations. I understand what it is like to manage a busy mind while still striving to function at a high level, and I use that insight to help clients feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment.

Clients who work with me can expect a space that is both supportive and growth-oriented. I value honesty, consistency, and meaningful progress. Our work together is not only about understanding what is happening, but also about developing practical tools, structure, and clarity so you can move forward with intention and confidence in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, down to earth, and focused on helping you create real, meaningful change in your everyday life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused strategies to help you slow things down, understand yourself on a deeper level, and build tools that actually work for you.

I also live with ADHD and anxiety myself, which gives me a deeper, more personal understanding of what it means to manage a busy mind, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure to keep it all together. That lived experience allows me to meet you with both empathy and honesty, while also helping you develop practical strategies that truly fit your life.

This is a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and still be challenged in a way that helps you grow. We are not just talking through what is not working, we are building clarity, structure, and forward movement so you can start showing up in your life the way you want to.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to take a breath and begin untangling what has been weighing on you. We will have a relaxed, supportive conversation about what brought you in, what you have been experiencing, and what you want life to feel like moving forward.

I will guide the conversation with questions to better understand you, but there is no pressure to share everything all at once. We move at your pace. By the end of the session, you can expect to feel heard, understood, and to have a clearer sense of direction, with some initial steps we can begin working on together.
