I’m Sylvia Boerger, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas, and I’m so glad you're here. With a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at El Paso and 15 years of experience as an educator before transitioning into counseling to provide more focused support to individuals navigating life’s deeper challenges. My practice is dedicated to helping those facing anxiety, depression, and life crises.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a practical, solution-focused approach that helps people address current problems.In our sessions, we will work together to identify patterns that may be holding you back, while also developing strategies that promote positive change and emotional well-being.

As a Christian, I can also incorporate faith-based counseling upon your request, blending spiritual and therapeutic approaches to support your unique journey.
