I am an experienced licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens and adults. I have a BS in psychology, MA in counseling, SPED certification EC-12th grade, and a school counselor certification. I provide counseling for individuals struggling with anxiety depression, adjustment disorders, behavior concerns, and relationship challenges. My desire is to assist my clients to overcome obstacles by helping them reach their mental health goals.

I approach therapy by establishing a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I provide a safe environment where I utilize solution focus therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and other modalities to help you meet your goals.
