Great to meet you!

I am a PhD (Psychotherapist), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Master of Social Work (MSW) with more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health, clinical practice, and human services. I specialize in stress/anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationship challenges and ADHD. Throughout my career, I have provided individual and therapy, crisis intervention, behavioral health services, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across across the entire developmental perspective and in a variety of clinical and community settings.

My professional experience also includes private (clinical) practice, clinical supervision as well as clinical supervision in preparation for the licensure exam, healthcare administration, quality assurance, Medicaid-certified program development, and higher education teaching and training. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while empowering individuals and families to achieve meaningful, lasting change through collaborative and client-centered treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I believe every person has unique strengths, and I tailor evidence-based interventions to meet their individual needs and goals.

Together, we work to build practical skills, overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and promote lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. We will discuss what brings them to therapy, review their personal history, explore their strengths and challenges, and identify their goals for treatment.

Together, we will develop a plan that is tailored to their unique needs, with an emphasis on building trust, fostering collaboration, and creating a clear path toward meaningful progress.
