Great to meet you!
About Me
My approach is client-centered and collaborative, rooted in the belief that healing begins by recognizing and building on each person’s unique strengths. Through hope-filled relationships, goal-oriented work, and compassionate support, I help individuals move beyond trauma and toward meaningful, empowered change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma-informed care. My practice integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), somatic techniques, and strength-based approaches to support lasting healing and growth. I am EMDRIA-trained and currently working toward full EMDR certification. In addition, I hold certificates in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic EMDR Therapy, which help me guide clients in reconnecting with their bodies, identifying stored trauma, and restoring a sense of presence and safety.
What to Expect in Our First Session
Our first meeting is a chance for us to connect. I’ll ask you questions about yourself—only what you feel comfortable sharing—and you’ll have space to ask me questions, too. Together, we’ll begin to explore what feels most important to you and how I can support your journey.
The Strengths I Bring to Our Work
Many of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, in pain, or unsure of how to move forward. Some feel triggered and unable to keep up with life’s demands, while others experience numbness or shock following loss, breakups, or death. Feelings of guilt, shame, fear, or “not being enough” are also common. Whatever your experience, I am here to listen without judgment, validate your feelings, and help you move toward healing with compassion and clarity.
