Great to meet you!

Life is an intricate journey that can be difficult to navigate; however, you do not have to navigate it alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of clinical experience, I believe that prioritizing your mental health is the foundational step toward achieving lasting stability and happiness.

I earned my degree from Barry University, and over the last 9 years, I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds restore their emotional well-being. Whether you are managing the complexities of a chronic illness or seeking to overcome the weight of anxiety, I am here to provide the clinical expertise and compassionate support you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic, comprehensive approach to care, rooted in the understanding that every individual’s story is unique. I integrate evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and Narrative Therapy, to provide a highly individualized experience.

In our work together, we function as partners. My role is to offer a sophisticated clinical perspective while ensuring you feel deeply respected and heard. By combining motivational interviewing with solution-focused strategies, we will work to identify your strengths and develop a clear, actionable path toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a clinical environment that is as warm and welcoming as it is secure. In our initial sessions, we will focus on goal creation and explore the specific techniques that best suit your needs. You can expect a space where vulnerability is met with safety and where your personal growth is supported by professional rigor.

Together, we will develop the strategies you need to manage life’s ups and downs, moving beyond mere coping to a state of restored health and genuine thriving. I look forward to beginning this journey with you.
