Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma, including domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and immigration-related stress. I hold a master’s degree in Social Work from USC and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA. I specialize in trauma-informed care for anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions—including caregiving and perimenopause—and offer eco‐therapy sessions in person throughout Los Angeles County, along with convenient Telehealth appointments.Clients describe me as compassionate, insightful, and grounded—I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your story at your own pace, with cultural responsiveness and deep respect for your resilience. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or connection to nature as part of your healing journey, I bring clinical expertise and a supportive partnership to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I believe that healing happens in safe, trusting relationships, so I prioritize creating a nonjudgmental, affirming space where you can feel seen, heard, and respected. I integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic lens, often incorporating somatic awareness, mindfulness, and nature-based interventions through eco-therapy. I work at your pace, honoring your cultural identity, lived experience, and inner resilience. Whether we’re meeting virtually or in nature, I aim to help you reconnect with your strength, increase self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to their inner strength. Together, we work to reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and process difficult experiences in a safe and empowering space. You’ll gain tools to navigate life’s challenges with more ease, deepen self-awareness, and make choices aligned with your values. Whether through talk therapy, mindfulness, or eco-therapy in nature, the goal is for you to feel more present, resilient, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
