Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California. I have over ten years’ experience working as a Psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management challenges, parenting problems, career challenges, life transitions, and grief issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy varies depending on each individual client’s needs. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session together to be time spent discussing what they've been experiencing and how they have been feeling emotionally. We will discuss what led them to seek therapy and what they want to gain from treatment. The first session is about building rapport between me and the client and determining if they feel comfortable with me and the process going forward.
