Welcome to my page. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas, which is where I obtained a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and, later, a Post-Graduate Certificate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I've been in various roles in nursing for almost 30 years. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I treat many different mental health issues, but I specialize in treating PTSD and Depression.

My approach to therapy

I provide a holistic and collaborative approach to mental health care. I consider all aspects of your life and environment when developing a treatment plan of your care.

You will leave your visit knowing that you have been heard and that you have input into your treatment options. I don't provide guarantees because that is unrealistic. I provide hope.
