Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and have specialized training in trauma, EMDR, and multicultural care. I’ve worked with adults, teens, and families across a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, residential care, and crisis intervention. As a trilingual clinician (English, Spanish, Italian), I’m passionate about providing inclusive, culturally responsive support. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in helping you feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you with tools, insight, and encouragement along the way. I use a mix of evidence-based practices like EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered techniques, tailored to your unique needs. I focus on creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, grief, or major life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, heard, and more in control of their journey. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build coping tools, and strengthen your sense of self. I create a safe, calm, and nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself. Over time, clients often experience greater emotional resilience, improved relationships, and a deeper understanding of their thoughts and feelings.
