Sylvia Silvas

I received a Master of Education from Texas Tech University, also completing both the LPC and Educational Diagnostician requirements. I later completed the LPC-Supervisor requirements, allowing me to also offer supervision for LPC Associates.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified School Counselor, and Educational Diagnostician who has worked in the counseling field for more than 40 years. Over the years, I have had many opportunities to work with individuals from diverse groups dealing with various life situations. This experience has not only guided my approach to counseling but deepened my understanding on the importance of client-centered therapy.

I believe in meeting each client where they are on their individual counseling journey and providing an environment that promotes trust and openness. My goal is to create a partnership in which we work together to process through the client’s concerns and create a path towards healing and resolution.
