Welcome to Counseling and Wellness NW, PLLC! My clinical experience ranges from child & family, youth addictions, collegiate, K-12, co-occurring outpatient, residential eating disorder, crisis triage, and psychiatric inpatient settings.
For the past 5 years, I have served as an Assistant Director for Student Services/Mental Health Counselor for Counseling & Wellness at a local university.
Like Life, therapy is a journey. I'm here to help facilitate the new perspectives, healing, and empowerment to lead you towards growth, insight and clarity.
I use the Cultural Context Model an array of other Evidence Based Treatment modalities as a framework to guide and examine the human experience. Within this theoretical model, we can examine the systemic factors that impact your ability to cope, experience Life and thrive.
