Great to meet you!

Sometimes the effects of difficult experiences show up long after the moment has passed. You may find yourself second-guessing your decisions, feeling constantly on edge, struggling to trust others, or having a hard time understanding why certain situations affect you so deeply. You may be carrying the weight of past experiences while trying to navigate relationships, work, family, or simply feel more like yourself again. I work with women who are navigating trauma and the anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional challenges that can come with it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based therapies. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools that support meaningful change. Just as importantly, I take the time to understand your individual experiences, strengths, and goals rather than approaching therapy with a one-size-fits-all plan. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels supportive while building greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and comfortable being honest about what you're experiencing. You don't have to know exactly what you need from therapy before you begin. We'll start where you are, make sense of what you've been carrying, and work together toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
