Great to meet you!

I have successfully treated individuals, couples, and teenagers for 25 years—specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Trauma, Grief, and LGBT plus issues. I believe we get better with people and become worse in isolation. So, let’s work together to bring you a better tomorrow.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide an open, nonjudgmental environment that encourages self-expression and a collaborative process to address your psychological needs. I am compassionate, empathetic and an active participant in your process. My substantial experience allows me to draw from a blend of psychotherapy approaches, including a psychodynamic framework, family systems, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused methods to help you achieve your goals.
