Sylvie Felix

My name is Sylvie Felix. I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I have experience providing both primary care and psychiatric care, which allows me to take a well-rounded approach to mental health and overall wellness. I have been in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years and have worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals with a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and needs.

I believe mental health care should be as unique as the individuals seeking it. My approach is holistic, patient-centered, and rooted in the understanding that there is no “one-size-fits-all” treatment. I work in partnership with each patient to create a personalized plan that reflects their goals, values, culture, and lived experiences.

In our first session, I’ll spend time getting to know you and what’s been going on. We’ll talk through your concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to change or improve.

By the end, we’ll start outlining a plan together, so you have a clear sense of next steps—whether that’s therapy, medication options, or other supports that fit your needs.
