Great to meet you!

I have been in clinical practice for 3 years, and have worked in varied settings in both inpatient and outpatient capacities. I most enjoy working with adolescents and young adults and have experience working with people navigating symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and traumatic stress, as well as those questioning various elements of identity. I am a good fit for those who like a dark sense of humor and a direct but relational approach.

Outside of my professional life, I love music, New York sports, and my cat.

My approach to therapy

The best predictor of success in therapy is a positive alliance between client and therapist. I want to provide an environment that feels safe (first and foremost) but also helps you do the hard work!

What you can expect from me

I think of our first session as a chance to get to know each other: what brings you in, what you are hoping might change, and whether my direct, sometimes dark-

humored style feels like a fit. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before you show up.
