Great to meet you!

The best gift you can give yourself and your loved ones is your own healing. At some point, we all are challenged by psychological stress and overwhelming life events. A lack of support, unhealed trauma, or emotional wounds can bring on strong feelings of anger, irritability, anxiety, depression, or mood swings. It may seem difficult to reach out for help, but counseling and therapy can play a beneficial role by providing insight and self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help my clients focus on self-growth, develop meaningful relationships and live their best lives. I utilize evidence-based and integrative psychotherapy approaches including CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to resolve painful emotional trauma, and Psychoeducation.

What you can expect from me

As a professional Licensed Therapist, I can work with you considering your unique circumstances and providing the support and skills needed to help you heal and thrive. It would be a privilege to help you gain clarity and stability.
