Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stressed, depressed, or overwhelmed? Have you become numb to feeling anything at all? Together, we can explore ways to better connect with yourself during these difficult times, while restoring or enhancing control in your life.

I have experience in working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships and challenging life transitions. I also have extensive experience in providing crisis intervention services and working closely with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, suicidal behaviors, and non-suicidal self-injury.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized and strengths-based approach to therapy, focusing on understanding each client’s unique experiences and the context in which their challenges arise. I strive to create a space that honors your individuality and supports meaningful growth, using approaches that are evidence-based, yet flexible to your needs.

What you can expect from me

In each session, we'll work together to develop practical tools and strategies that you can apply in your daily life, empowering you to build new patterns of thinking and behavior that support your long-term well-being.
