I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Work in the state of Florida. I have received various experiences in the field of social work such as addiction, childhood trauma, and educational learning disabilities. I have also learned from my own experiences of postpartum depression, anxiety, and sexual abuse. In the same way, I learned to navigate life and develop coping skills I'm dedicated to helping navigate as well as do the same.

I have 15 years of experience in social work, case management, and therapy. I am passionate about empowering individuals to become a better version of themselves and improving their mental health. The evidence-based treatment used is motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

The vision of Brown’s Mental Wellness is to support individuals overcome obstacles by empowering them to develop coping skills to help them navigate life. We create an open-minded safe place while being transparent and vulnerable about feelings and emotions. To move forward we have to be real about how we truly feel to begin the healing process. Everyone deserves a space to be open, vulnerable, and heal with grace.
