With over 10 years of experience, she uses a person-centered, interactive approach that incorporates mindfulness, expressive arts, play therapy, and CBT techniques. Syreeta has supported clients with autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, anger, and family challenges. Syreeta earned her MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University.
