Hello! Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I have 16 years of experience and hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Webster University. I am a licensed mental health counselor and qualified supervisor with the state of Florida.
I tend to lean towards cognitive behavioral and solution focused approaches. However, I believe strongly in building rapport with the client and validating the client as a prerequisite to finding solutions.
