Great to meet you!

I’m really glad you’re here—starting therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who shows up warm, real, and easy to talk to, while still being honest and direct when it matters. Together, we focus on helping you feel more in control, understand your patterns, and make changes that actually stick in your day-to-day life. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling clearer, stronger, and more like yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on real-life change. I create a space where you can be open and feel supported, while also helping you understand the deeper drivers behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We’ll look at patterns over time and the systems and environments that shape your daily life, so change feels clearer and more realistic. I’m both supportive and direct, so you leave sessions with insight and tools you can actually use.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, relaxed space where you can share at your own pace—no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been working, and what’s been challenging while starting to identify patterns and key areas you want to change. Together, we’ll clarify a few meaningful goals and outline next steps so you leave with direction and a sense of what’s possible. Most clients walk away feeling heard, clearer, and more grounded.
