Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many clients come to me during chapters of life that feel confusing or chaotic. Together, we slow things down. We work to understand what's driving the pain, identify what you truly need, and develop practical skills to move forward with confidence and clarity.

My clinical background includes addiction counseling, family dynamics, grief work, trauma-informed care, and supporting clients who have experienced unstable relationships, emotional dysregulation, or long-standing stress. I provide a non-judgemental environment where honesty is welcomed, growth is supported, and you don't have to pretend to be ok.

Therapy with me is active- we talk, plan, reflect, and practice new ways of thinking and coping. You will always leave the session with insight, direction, and support you can apply to everyday life. If you are ready to start healing, reconnect with yourself, and build healthier relationships, I'm here to walk with you. Reach out to schedule a consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy includes CBT, solution-focused, Motivational Interviewing and person-centered.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on creating comfort, clarity, and a strong foundation for your therapeutic work. During this appointment, we will discuss the reasons you are here, review your goals, and begin establishing a plan tailored to your unique needs.

Most importantly, the first session is a space for you to feel heard and understood. You can bring questions, concerns, or uncertainties- this is your space, and the process moves at your pace.
