Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m T. J., I work with kids, teens, adults, and families who are facing things like anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar challenges, or struggles with substance use. Life can feel heavy or confusing, and sometimes it seems like you keep running into the same patterns without real relief. Therapy with me is a place where you’re truly heard and supported — not judged — as we start making sense of what’s been holding you back and where you want to go next.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone’s story is unique, so our work together is shaped around you — your experiences, your goals, and your pace. Clients describe me as warm, thoughtful, and affirming, someone who creates a safe space to open up and be honest. We’ll focus on your strengths, gently look at what’s getting in the way, and work together to find practical steps that feel meaningful and doable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a calm, supportive conversation about what brought you in and what you’re hoping to change. You’ll leave feeling heard, clearer about your goals, and with a sense of how we might work together moving forward. Over time, many people find they feel more grounded in daily life, more confident navigating relationships and stress, and better equipped with tools to move forward with purpose and resilience.
