Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Salubrious Therapy Solutions, created for individuals who are ready for more than surface-level healing. My work is for people who are high-functioning on the outside but often feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or mentally exhausted on the inside. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, grief, and major life transitions—while also carrying the unseen weight of past experiences.

I believe healing is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect to the version of yourself that feels grounded, confident, and emotionally free. I provide a space that is both structured and compassionate, where you can be honest without judgment and supported without being rushed.

My approach to therapy

My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and holistic, with a strong focus on helping clients understand both the emotional and physical impact of stress, anxiety, and unresolved experiences. I blend traditional therapeutic methods with tools that support mind-body connection, emotional regulation, and deeper self-awareness.

Therapy with me is both practical and transformative. We focus on:

  • identifying patterns that keep you stuck
  • strengthening boundaries and communication
  • building emotional resilience and self-trust
  • reframing internal narratives and releasing self-doubt
  • creating consistent coping strategies that actually fit your lifestyle

For clients who are open to it, I also incorporate spiritually grounded approaches such as mindfulness practices, intention-setting, guided reflection, and values-based alignment. My goal is always to help you feel empowered, clear, and emotionally supported—without pressure to heal in a way that doesn’t feel authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is designed to feel safe, supportive, and structured. We will start by discussing what brought you to therapy and what you’ve been experiencing emotionally, mentally, and physically. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current stressors, symptoms, and goals.

You can expect:

  • a calm, nonjudgmental environment
  • space to share at your own pace
  • clarification on what you want from therapy
  • gentle assessment of your needs and strengths
  • an initial plan for treatment and next steps

By the end of the first session, you should leave with more clarity, emotional relief, and a better understanding of how therapy can support your healing process moving forward.
