Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is T’onna Logan. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 9 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Norfolk State University, followed by a Master’s in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a second Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, overcome barriers, and find balance in their daily lives. My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, with a focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered around creating a safe space where you feel heard and supported. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to identify your goals, strengths, and challenges. I use practical, evidence-based strategies while also tailoring each session to fit your unique needs and experiences. Together, we focus on finding balance in your thoughts, emotions, and daily life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background while also giving you space to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying initial goals and a path forward, focusing on creating a sense of clarity, support, and balance.
