I earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015 from Troy University. Since 2015, my experience has included working with children, adolescents and families from various backgrounds. Over time, I developed an interesting specialized in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety and trauma.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and focuses on the client, understanding their needs to achieve more balance in life and to increase their ability to cope with life’s challenges. I believe everyone has a story and my goal is to help each client understand how these experiences inform their worldview and aid them in changing ways of thinking and habits that do not serve them and help them develop skills that aid them in achieving their goals.
I will support you without judgment in a warm, attentive environment. I specialize in providing therapy for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Therapy can help with having a place to receive support while discovering new insights and coping tools to alleviate the emotional and sometimes even physical pain.
