Great to meet you!

Are memories from the past blocking you from experiencing peace in the present? Unfortunately, you share this with more people than you probably know. Imagine what it would be like to not feel blocked. It is possible! I have helped clients achieve this goal using cognitive based therapies, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and modalities such as EMDR and tapping. It’s not an easy process, but in a therapeutic relationship that’s encouraging, supportive, and safe, it is possible.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also borrow from multiple disciplines, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and meditation.

What you can expect from our first session

My passion is helping adults who struggle with negative self-image, anxiety, depression, and triggers associated with trauma. For over 10 years I have worked at helping clients feel empowered, less inhibited by their past, and restore a healthier sense of self.
