Great to meet you!
Tabatha is a compassionate and experienced mental health professional who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and connection. Her professional experience spans mental health counseling, substance use, child welfare, parenting, residential services, foster care, and clinical program development.
Her approach is warm, practical, and strengths-based, recognizing that every person brings their own experiences, challenges, and strengths to the counseling process. Tabatha works to create a supportive environment where individuals and families can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
With experience in clinical supervision, family and individual counseling, group facilitation, parenting programs, and community-based services, she understands that real-life change does not happen in a textbook. She believes counseling should be relatable, collaborative, and focused on helping people develop tools they can actually use in everyday life.
Whether working with a young person finding their voice, a parent navigating difficult circumstances, or a family working toward healthier relationships, Tabatha is committed to meeting people where they are and helping them move toward where they want to be.
When life gets messy, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
