Great to meet you!

I’m Tabetha Watts, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and retired U.S. Coast Guard veteran. I have been a nurse since 2011 and provide mental health care for individuals across the lifespan. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and sleep difficulties through psychiatric evaluation and medication management. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking for help.

My approach to therapy

I believe effective mental health care starts with listening and understanding what matters most to you. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, considering how your physical health, daily habits, relationships, and life experiences affect your well-being. Together, we’ll explore treatment options and develop a plan that fits your needs and goals. When medication is appropriate, I’ll explain its potential benefits and side effects, answer your questions, and monitor how you’re feeling along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, and goals for treatment. You’ll have time to share your concerns and ask questions without feeling judged. We’ll then discuss next steps, which may include medication options, therapy recommendations, and follow-up care.
