Great to meet you!

If anxiety, trauma, grief, or difficult life experiences have left you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, you're not alone. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, and life stressors in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. With more than 16 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward greater confidence, healing, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs and use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Art Therapy. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping strategies, and work toward lasting growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy. We'll explore your current challenges, goals, and what you'd like to gain from our work together. My priority is creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of your goals and the next steps for moving forward.
