Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Tabitha and I am so glad you are reaching out for support! I’m a clinical psychologist and I specialize in the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other trauma/stress-related disorders. I also treat those who are struggling with anxiety, panic, and depression.

My approach to therapy

I partner with you, using evidence-based treatments help you reach your therapy goals. The treatments I most commonly use are ones that have research evidence for PTSD, depression, and anxiety. These include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space for you to prioritize your needs. We’ll work together to help your mind and body learn how to relax and feel safe again. When you can get yourself out of crisis mode, you can get back to fully living and enjoying your life; prioritizing what matters to you, not just surviving the next crisis.
