Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Ohio and Florida with nearly 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I’ve been married to my college sweetheart for 32 years, and together we've raised two sons and a daughter—family is truly at the heart of who I am. I earned my master’s degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University and have dedicated my career to helping people overcome life’s challenges with strength and resilience. I have a wealth of experience with individuals, couples, groups and families. I really enjoy assisting people with discovering their strengths, skills, and motivation to make impactful changes in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My mission is to touch as many individuals as possible to offer support, encouragement and tools to assist with conquering life's hurdles, overcoming trauma, withstanding stress, destroying negative thinking, and developing your best life. I believe it's an impressive step reaching out for assistance. I would like to be there to help support you on your journey.

What you can expect from our first session

We will use our time together to get a better understanding of the issues and work on strategies you believe you can commit to and implement. We will also, time willing, discuss plans for the following sessions.
