Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone. I am a licensed mental health counselor, currently pursuing my PhD at Fordham University. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples, and I understand that each stage of life comes with unique struggles and opportunities for growth. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and collaborative — I believe therapy is most effective when we work together, at your pace, in a way that feels authentic to you. I draw from a variety of therapeutic perspectives to meet you where you are and to tailor treatment to your specific needs. In our work together, I want you to feel empowered to face challenges, build resilience, and discover new ways of coping.

What you can expect from me

Healing is a journey, and my role is to walk alongside you through every step of the process. I strive to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain confidence, and move toward becoming the best version of yourself. Therapy is not just about addressing difficulties, but also about helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more in control of your life. My commitment is to create a nonjudgmental, compassionate environment where you can explore, grow, and move toward the life you want.
