Great to meet you!

I am a gentle, deeply compassionate therapist who believes that every person carries innate strength, wisdom, and worth. My work blends neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and faith-integrated support (when desired). I strive to truly see my clients—to understand their story, honor their experiences, and meet them exactly where they are with empathy, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can be fully yourself

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic, brain-based, and trauma-informed approach that considers the whole person—mind, body, emotions, spirit, and environment. I incorporate evidence-based modalities along with tools such as the Enneagram to help clients understand their patterns, strengths, and opportunities for growth. I believe in collaborative therapy: we explore the root causes of your challenges together, build self-compassion, and find practical steps to support healing, resilience, and alignment with your values and identity.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be calm, welcoming, and pressure-free. We’ll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, your needs, and your goals, and you’ll have space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels supportive, personalized, and aligned with what you hope to achieve. My focus is always on making you feel safe, heard, and empowered from the very beginning.
