Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work and experience across healthcare, school-based, and community settings. I’m currently pursuing my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). My passion is supporting individuals through life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, anxiety, depression, and relationship changes. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help you better understand yourself, build coping tools, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll work toward balance, confidence, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you—your story, goals, and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been challenging and what you hope to change or understand better. I’ll answer any questions you have about the process and together we’ll create a plan that feels comfortable, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
