Great to meet you!

I’m Tabitha Wilson, a therapist who believes everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, heard, and understood. I earned my graduate degree from Richmont Graduate University and provide trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be a safe space to exhale—a place where you can bring your whole self, feel supported, and begin to make sense of the experiences that have shaped you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around building a genuine therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to explore your experiences without judgment. Using a trauma-informed approach, I work alongside clients to develop greater self-awareness, understand patterns that may no longer serve them, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a time for us to begin building a connection and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your story, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and know that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
