Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to figure everything out on your own. I provide a compassionate, open-minded, and affirming space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family stress, anger, mood changes, panic, and sleep difficulties. My goal is to help you better understand what you are experiencing, recognize your strengths, and build practical tools that support healing, confidence, and lasting change.
