Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, anxious, discouraged, or unsure of how to move forward? Life can feel heavy when you are trying to manage responsibilities, relationships, stress, and your emotional well-being all at the same time. You do not have to carry it alone.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP-BC, I provide compassionate, comprehensive mental health care for adolescents and adults through telehealth appointments. I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, relationship concerns, family challenges, life transitions, and a wide range of mental health struggles that can affect daily life and overall wellness.

I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with advanced training in psychiatric mental health care. My additional clinical background supports a whole-person view of wellness, allowing care to consider the connection between emotional health, physical well-being, lifestyle, relationships, and personal goals. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward clarity, balance, and optimal wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empowering, holistic, and solution-oriented. Care is not one-size-fits-all. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully developed with attention to your emotional health, stress level, lifestyle, relationships, personal goals, and overall well-being.

Treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, coping strategies, and evidence-based care planning. The focus is to help you better understand what you are experiencing, identify what may be affecting your wellness, build practical tools, and move toward a healthier and more balanced life.

You can expect care that is professional, respectful, collaborative, and centered around your unique needs. Together, we will focus on meaningful steps that support healing, stability, emotional resilience, and long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to slow down, talk through what has been going on, and begin creating a clear path forward. We will discuss your concerns, current stressors, mental health history, lifestyle factors, and goals for care in a supportive and judgment-free setting.

This session is designed to help you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your treatment. Together, we will begin developing a personalized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping skills, lifestyle-focused recommendations, or other evidence-based options.

The goal is for you to leave the first session with greater clarity, hope, and a better understanding of the next steps in your care as we work toward improved balance, emotional wellness, and optimal health.
