I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor Candidate (LACC) in Colorado. Since 2017 I have been providing culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed therapy and support adults who want to heal from past trauma, overcome stress or anxiety, process multicultural experiences, and grow to be the best version of themselves.

My therapy methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
