I'm a queer and nonbinary Korean therapist. I specialize in working to process racial, gendered, and sexual trauma. I have also completed postgraduate training in gender-affirming family and couples therapy through the Ackerman Institute for the Family.
I work relationally to help you explore links between your past relationships, your current self, and your ability to connect with others. I often use internal family systems (IFS) or EMDR to help strengthen communication between our body and our mind.
In our first session, I want to get to know you and start a conversation. From that conversation, we will create our goals for therapy together.
